Mobile food business
An ordering site plus a business app
This business sells and delivers on a weekly cycle, and was taking every order by hand through social media messages — then copying them into a spreadsheet to work out the round. It worked, until a busy week meant missed orders and late nights reconciling. We built two things that work together: a website customers order from, and a back-office app to run the whole operation. Orders now flow straight through, the weekly run builds itself, and the owner gets their evenings back.
What made it bespoke
- A customer ordering website tied to that week's live availability — sold-out items simply don't show
- A separate business app to manage orders, customers and the weekly delivery run in one place
- Picking lists and run sheets generated automatically from confirmed orders
- Customer accounts and order history, so regulars are recognised and reordering takes seconds
- Built around this business's actual products and rules — not a generic shop template

Hours of order-wrangling gone every single week. Orders land ready to pack, the Monday run sheet writes itself, and nothing slips through the net — the business runs while the owner sleeps.
