Mobile food business

An ordering site plus a business app

This business sells and delivers on a weekly cycle, and was taking every order by hand through social media messages — then copying them into a spreadsheet to work out the round. It worked, until a busy week meant missed orders and late nights reconciling. We built two things that work together: a website customers order from, and a back-office app to run the whole operation. Orders now flow straight through, the weekly run builds itself, and the owner gets their evenings back.

Professional training provider

A staff & training management hub

This business trains and develops people across several programmes, and was running it all on spreadsheets, shared documents and email. Nobody had a single, reliable view of who was where in their training. We replaced the lot with one hub that manages everyone — trainees working towards qualification, fully qualified staff, and the standards checks that keep them compliant — with each trainer signing in to see only their own people. Then we added a social studio on top, so marketing the business doesn't get pushed to the bottom of the list every week.

Fleet safety & driver assessment

An on-road driver assessment portal

This provider assesses other companies' drivers out on the road and reports back to the employer. Assessors were filling in paper and Word templates, and every report had to be retyped, formatted and chased before it could go out. They needed assessments to be consistent, reviewable, and turned into a professional branded report every time — and they needed to change the forms themselves without paying for a developer each time the criteria moved. We built exactly that, with compliance baked in.
