Liverpool & Merseyside
AXRIK is based in Merseyside. We design and build websites and custom business systems for businesses across Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley and the wider North West — shaped around how you actually work, rather than a template you have to fit yourself into.

Where we work
Most of the build happens remotely, but being nearby means we can sit down together when it matters — at the start, when you first see the working version, and whenever something needs talking through properly rather than over email.
What we get asked for
Orders arriving by phone call, text and Facebook message, then copied into a notebook or a spreadsheet. It works until the volume makes it painful. We build the ordering site customers use and the back office you run the week from.
A site built years ago that nobody has touched since, with prices that are out of date and a contact form that may or may not still work. For a lot of local businesses it's the first thing a customer sees — and the reason they go elsewhere.
The same information typed into a booking sheet, an invoice, a spreadsheet and a message to a member of staff. One system, built around how you actually run, removes most of that — and AI handles a good deal of what's left.
Built near here
A customer ordering website tied to weekly availability, plus a back-office app running orders, customers and the delivery run, with picking lists generated automatically. AI reads messy orders pasted in from social messages and writes the weekly posts from live stock. Read the case study →
A hub managing trainees, qualified staff, sessions and standards checks across several programmes, with each trainer signing in to only their own records. It includes a social studio where AI drafts posts and images in the brand's own voice. Read the case study →
Straight answers
If yours isn't here, ring or email and ask — we'd rather give you a straight answer than have you guess.
We're based in Merseyside and work across Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley and St Helens, out to Ormskirk, West Lancashire, Warrington and Chester. We also work with businesses further afield across the UK and Republic of Ireland — most of the work happens remotely either way, but locally we can sit down together whenever it's useful.
Yes. For businesses around Merseyside we'll come to you — it's usually the fastest way to understand how a business actually runs. Seeing the counter, the van, the paperwork or the whiteboard tells us more in an hour than a fortnight of emails.
No. We work across the UK and Republic of Ireland. But being local matters more than people expect: we know the area, the trade, and the kind of businesses here, so there's less explaining to do.
It depends on what it needs to do — a straightforward site is very different from a site plus a system that runs your orders. Every price is quoted in writing before any work starts, and the figure agreed is the figure you pay. Our guide prices are published openly on the pricing page.
Yes, and it's some of our favourite work. Butchers, bakeries, farm shops and mobile food businesses often take orders through Facebook messages and phone calls, which works until the volume gets painful. We build the ordering site your customers use and the back-office system you run the week from — see the JG Foods build for a real example.
Usually, yes. Sometimes the right answer is improving what you've got rather than starting again, and we'll tell you honestly which it is. If an off-the-shelf product already does what you need, we'll say that too.
That's the point. Everything we build comes with a plain-English guide and built-in help, and you own it outright — your site, your system, your data. No lock-in, and nothing you can't take with you.
